Cancellation Policy
Your appointment must be cancelled within 24hrs to maintain deposit for rescheduling. If you cancel your appointment within 24hrs of booked time, your deposit will be lost and you will be charged 50% of the remaining balance.
No call/No Shows will be charged 75% of remaining balance. You will have to rebook with a new deposit for a new appointment.
There is a 15 minute grace period allowed for all appointments, after 15 minutes your appointment is canceled and must be rebooked with new deposit.
*No additional guests. *No children unless they’re being serviced, or other wise discussed.
